1. What does “Energetic Skin” mean?

Energetic Skin is the subtle, powerful connection between your skin and your inner world.

Your skin:

  • responds to stress hormones

  • stores tension through the fascia

  • reflects emotions through micro-expressions

  • is connected to meridians (TCM)

  • communicates with your nervous system constantly
